- At the starting of query we give only Outline Itinerary/Skeleton Itinerary

- After getting the confirmation or approval from agents side , we proceed further with booking and reservation of hotels, transport, drivers, guides accordingly.
- Detailed Confirmation status with detailed Itinerary and hotels details is sent to you after booking all the needed services for the tour, and in return, we expect to know flight details with arrival & departure of your clients for the smooth functioning of the itinerary.
- Along with the Tour Confirmation status we always send advance payment time limit, after getting advance payment from agents side we confirm the all arrangements on guaranteed basis by sending advance payment to all hotels ,transporter & Guide.
